College Bound Nutrition (CBN) was created to solve the problem I was having as a Top High School athlete. I was unable to perform at my peak consistently; I lacked the proper fuel. Without the right amount of Fuel, my body couldn’t recuperate and rebuild from my intense training – the training to make me more athletic.
In High School, I could not eat 3 quality meals a day with nutritious snacks in between. I was working harder than I ever had in my life and my body was plateauing, hitting a wall. I had to start taking supplements just to replenish what I was burning and fuel my body to allow for the additional muscle growth that was happening.
But what supplements did I need to take? Sponsored athletes promoted their brand, all promising to help me in some way. It was too confusing, and I was lost. After graduating, I decided that there must be an easier way, but there was not. This was going to be my calling: making supplements geared toward the Sport you play.
At CBN we’re here to help you with Sport-Specific Nutritional Supplements that work! What my team and I have done is make Superior and Clean Supplements into 4 sports as of today, but more are coming! Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) is a naturally occurring vitamin and helps create healthy red blood cells, which help carry oxygen throughout our body.  Without enough, your body can’t function at its peak. Methylcobalamin is all-natural and easily absorbed by the body.

    The 10th inning pre-workout has helped me reach my peak performance level whether it was before a game or the summer. I have enjoyed my time using it and I plan on continuing to use it for my best athletic performance. During the summer I would have to play early mornings and play late nights and the 10th inning powder helped me power through the tiredness and perform at my best.
