College Bound Nutrition (CBN) was created to solve the problem I was having as a Top High School athlete. I was unable to perform at my peak consistently; I lacked the proper fuel. Without the right amount of Fuel, my body couldn’t recuperate and rebuild from my intense training – the training to make me more athletic.

In High School, I could not eat 3 quality meals a day with nutritious snacks in between. I was working harder than I ever had in my life and my body was plateauing, hitting a wall. I had to start taking supplements just to replenish what I was burning and fuel my body to allow for the additional muscle growth that was happening.

But what supplements did I need to take? Sponsored athletes promoted their brand, all promising to help me in some way. It was too confusing, and I was lost. After graduating, I decided that there must be an easier way, but there was not. This was going to be my calling: making supplements geared toward the Sport you play.
