My name is Austin Gere and I created College Bound Nutrition and Training (CBNT) to help young Athletes Grades 7 – 12 get ready to become recruitable College Athletes. I was fortunate enough to receive an Athletic Scholarship, play my Sport throughout College, Graduate Debt Free, and without any serious injuries!

 

Over time I’ve perfected training methods that will get young Athlete’s noticed by Top College Coaches and Recruiters. There is one factor that Top College Coaches look for and that is Athleticism. At CBNT we invented “Human Power Training”, or HPT for short, and is a way to measure and increase an Athletes Athleticism or Human Power. At CBNT we do not chart how much you bench, instead we use sensors down to Thousandths of a second to calculate how fast you move a given weight over a given distance.
